Note:
- Returns are not accepted if you select the wrong size during ordering. However, you can exchange the item by paying the shipping cost for the replacement.
Terms and Conditions for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be in its original condition, with tags intact.
- Items that are washed, altered, damaged, or have stains are ineligible for returns.
- Customized items are not eligible for returns.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Use a courier service that provides a tracking ID and share it with our customer service team.
Send the return to the warehouse address provided, at your expense.
Exchange Policy

Process for Exchanges
- Submit a clear and valid reason for the exchange in your email.
- Once approved, send the product back to us using a trackable courier service. Share the tracking ID with our customer care team.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange within 15 working days.

- Custom-made products cannot be exchanged.
- Customers bear the cost of return shipping.

Refund Policy

Refund Terms and Conditions
- Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
- Refund processing takes 3 business days, and the amount will be credited to your account within 5-14 business days. Some banks may take longer.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Full refunds are available for cancellations made within 24 hours of purchase.
- A 30% deduction applies to cancellations made after 24 hours.
- If only three days remain before shipment, a 50% deduction applies to cancellations.
- Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
Restocking Fee
For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
